Dear dogtime participates, I’d like to know if American Eskimos are well behaved dogs. I have heard that they are excellent dogs off the internet. But I’d like to hear some comments about this breed from an owner. Thank you so much…

They are primarily a companion dog, a devoted family member who thrives in the middle of family activities. He is cheerful, affectionate, sometimes rowdy, and very smart.

Don’t plan on leaving this breed alone too much. He loves being part of a family and can suffer separation anxiety if left alone for long periods of time.

I do not own one. What i know about them is that they’re such a great dog. Basically they’re like golden labs….very loving, friendly, intelligent and playful. Great lookin’ dog!
