My purebred Bichon got pregnant by the neighbors Chihuahua. Six puppies were born. Are the puppies worth anything? Or are they mutts?

They are worth whatever you want them to be. But since they are not purebred, they cannot be sold the same as if they were. Is the Chihuahua a purebred? If so, at least you have a “purebred mix.” Be sure the little guys get good homes, and then I suggest you get your dog spayed. There are already too many puppies in this world.

I agree. It would be unfair to the puppies if they got sent to terrible homes because they’re not purebred. You should probably post a few signs around the neighborhood saying “Chihuaua and Bichon Mix Puppies”. You’ll get a lot of calls, I’ll assure you.
