Hey there! Any suggestions on how to get good action shots without blurring the picture?

I found some great tips in this article 10 Photo Tips but am still having trouble with the blur factor.

What kind of camera should I be using?

Are you using digital or film?
If it is film you want to use a high iso film and a faster than normal shutter speed. The film is more sensitive to light and therefore captures more of the picture in a shorter period, the shutter speed increase helps to “freeze” the moment.
I’m not realy familiar with digital yet but I know some of the better ones have a variable iso and shutter speed.
Just be aware that increased sensitivity to light means larger “light” molecules and so blowing these types of pictures up can mean a loss of sharpness in the photo.
