You have only one article on being active with your dog? There is so muc more you can talk about than just playing toys. What about hiking with your dog? |

I have an Australian Shepherd, Jennie, that LOVES hiking. She turned 12 y.o. in January, but she still goes everywhere I go. The townsflk love her, and she is allowed in most of the stores uptown. She just lies down and waits for me, keeping an ever-loving eye on me to make sure I don’t get in trouble. I also have 8 young dachshunds who would all love to go hiking…but I can handle only one or two at a time. I have lupus and my dogs have literally saved my life! |

I hike with my dog. She loves it. I just do not like the ticks. |

We like agility because it combines skill, training, and human-canine communication in a display that’s as fun for spectators as it is for participants. http://dogtime.com/agility.html |
