Comments: Fighting for the underdog

Greetings from the Midwest. First, what you are doing to help APBT's is wonderful. They are great dogs, and I have had more fun with them than with any other breed. APBT's are clowns at heart, and any time I need a lift in my spirit, all I need to do is think about one of these dogs.
Second, people who are skeptical about APBT's ought to spend time with one BEFORE labeling them Public Enemy #1. Spending time with a well-trained, well-bred, and well-socialized APBT was what changed my mind about them. People need to give them a chance. Keep doing what you're doing. May God bless you in all you do!

Hi! I have personally never owned a pit bull but it is nice to see "the other side" of stories about these dogs posted where it can make a difference. I am someone who tries not to "judge a book by its cover" no matter what the "book" being read turns out to be! This is a great story and I hope that many others get to enjoy reading this and getting a better outlook about these beautiful animals!” — LoveMySCHNOODLE, Sep 16 2008

I love the story about Sophie and the part about soul, because it is so true this breed can see right into your soul with nothing but love...someday people will understand, but until then we have to keep teaching and fighting for this beautiful animal” — sandihackett60, Jul 26 2008

After viewing these video's, you just made my day. Thank you for your devotion and compassion for this breed. Being an experienced pitbull owner I know first hand about their love, loyality and gentleness. There is not a dog with more personality and greatness than a pitbull. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving and protecting this breed. Bad Rap, you're my hero's. Also to all those who have contributed, thank you.

What a heartwarming story! It's going to be a long battle but the day will come when people see these dogs as loving companions instead of vicious man-eating beasts. Thank you!” — beelam, Dec 11 2007
