“We're working hard to keep BSL from being passed in our city. Luckily ROADS (Responsible Owners of Arkasas Dogs) has a case that's being heard in Federal court in Little Rock later this year that challenges the constitutionality of BSL. We're hoping they win their case - it'll keep our town from passing BSL and will allow us to focus on punishing the owners of the dogs of any breed rather than punishing innocent animals.
