The cutest little mix dog is up for adoption. Rosco needs a new home. This time around, he needs a family that is not going to abandon him when the going gets tough. This cutie was found unconscious after being hit by a car. Aside from a few scrapes and being a little shaken, he’s doing remarkably well. His owners were contacted and no longer want him.
He is in the care of the non-profit, Texas based group Vet-Ranch Rescue and here is his story.
